The pool is exceptional, the location is excellent . Rooms big , beds big.

No wifi , all a bit tired like most hotels in Thailand at moment after covid.

Value for money, nice option to stay for a while in Pak Nam Pran.

Huge room, nice staff, clean. Not many guests except weekends. Nice pool and green yard, sea view.

Poor breakfast, definitely not worth any money to be spent. Lack of tourist infrastructure nearby, you need transport to stay here. The hotel is beautiful, but it’s clear that it’s around 20 yo - lots of things really need some renovation.

Almost anything, dirty room, water does not flow through the pipe. I have to change room and new room cannot adjust water temperature.

Very Poor

I was there while the second wave of COVID-19 in Thailand. Actually it was my fault for didn’t recheck hotel service before I go there. The hotel really old and unclean, the bed sheet is dirty and smells so bad. The staff wasn’t nice, breakfast is really poor. And there was no any service for guests.

Depressing, staying in such a rundown place.

The location was good, the few staff that could be found were helpful.

The room was dirty,the bed covered in dust. Things needed repairing throughout the resort,one half other swimming pool was not in use,the other half was dirty,the area around the swimming pool is old and dangerous, it needs rebuilding. The whole place is tired and old, covered with pigeons and their faeces.

couldn't stay for health issues and didn't get a refund

the a/c units have way too much perfume in them, and the mold and mildew in some of the rooms is evident, so i was forced to leave without staying as i have allergies to both perfumes and mold, but they did not refund my money for the night citing that it was a regular cancellation, even though i felt that the accommodations were the issue and thus I wasn't leaving due to a preference, but for health issues. the property is nice but is old and needs updating. some of the rooms are being kept up well, while others have visible mold and mildew.

Big, clean rooms with good view of the ocean. Very good value for the money. Nice location if you like it calm. Good restaurants and massage within walking distance.

Breakfast could easily be better. Bathrooms are a bit worn.

Great location, quiet, good for family visits.

Room was comfortable - bathroom had no seperate shoeer area so water soaked everything. Breakfast was OK - could be a lot better. Maids had to be asked everday to leave towels.

The room was huge and nice sea view from the balcony.

Renovation is needed. Its a shame to see such good hotel in this aged conditions. I believe this used to be one of the best hotel in pranburi. If they just renovate a little, this would be one of the perfect place.

AVOID!!! DO NOT BOOK!!!

NOTHING!!!

Hotel deserted and both hotel and swimming pool taken over by pigeons!!! Dirty, in desperate need of repairs, plaster falling off walls, no hot water, taps hanging off (maintenance came to our room and said it was normal???) staff impolite and as the reception staff speak no English when we spoke with them they could not help, eventually they contacted someone on the phone who spoke English who offered us another room, it was worse!!! We were told that if we were not happy we could leave (at night) great customer service! 4* hotel!!! Booking.com should not deal with them, none of the photos are accurate and the next morning the manager told us that this is advertising!!! Breakfast terrible!

Nice sea view

The sea is right across the road. Peaceful place compared to a more popular place like Huahin. You will wake up with the view of coconut trees, nice designed swimming pools and the sea from your windows.

Not enough lighting, the room is pretty dark. The loilets near the restaurant are not really clean.
